New South Head Road Planning Proposal

One of our recent approvals from the Sydney Eastern City Planning Panel! Congratulations to our client, as well as Antoniades Architects and GMU Urban Design, who we worked with to achieve this approval.

After being refused by Council, the Panel approved the Planning Proposal to proceed to the Gateway stage. The Planning Proposal includes an uplift in FSR from 1.3:1 to 2.6:1, and increase in height from 13.5m to 22.5m with a secondary height control at the frontage. This will allow a high quality built form on the site, which provides a transition between adjoining development.
