Boronia Road, Bellevue Hill

GSA Planning recently gained approval from the Woollahra Local Planning Panel for this sophisticated three storey residential flat building, designed by PBD Architects. The unique Bellevue Hill building includes 8 three-bedroom units, basement parking for 18 vehicles and landscaping works.

GSA Planning has since assisted in gaining an approval for a Section 4.55 Modification to alter the approved application.
