Bathurst Street, Woollahra

GSA Planning worked with Pacific Construction & Development during the design process to attain an approval for alterations and additions to an existing dwelling in the Woollahra Heritage Conservation Area.


The approved proposal included internal and external alterations, that improve the dwelling’s functionality and amenity through creating a better connection with outdoor private open space areas. The approved upper floor level addition contains an extra bedroom, storage and living area for the residents. Overall, the approved proposal will provide a well-designed and up-to-date dwelling that preserves the heritage character of the HCA and maintains the existing streetscape character.
