Bellevue Hill Dual Occupancy

We recently received an approval from the Woollahra AAP for demolition of the existing dwelling, and construction of a detached dual occupancy, with swimming pools and landscaping, in Bellevue Hill.

The refined dual occupancy proposal, designed by MHNDU, is sympathetic to the area’s evolving character. The proposal is a site-specific response to the site’s steep fall and two street frontages, presenting to each street as a single detached dwelling with an articulated façade, integrated parking, deep soil landscaping and a roof garden.
