Eastbourne Road, Darling Point

GSA Planning worked with Lawton Hurley to achieve an approval for a DA and two Section 4.55 Modifications to this dwelling house and heritage item in Darling Point.

The DA combined the existing dwelling to the secondary building on the separate site with a pedestrian bridge, added a swimming pool, front fencing and other works. The following Section 4.55 Modifications included basement works to the secondary building, and an attic. The proposal was sympathetically designed to match the existing heritage roof forms.
