GSA Planning provided essential planning advice and reports to assist Hancock Architects achieve an approval for alterations and additions to an existing residential and commercial heritage building. The proposal consisted of adding two ground floor shops, an upper storey residential dwelling, new rear garage, two storey linking structure along the western side boundary and includes minor internal reconfiguration. The approved proposal in the Woollahra Heritage Conservation Area was designed by Hancock Architects.
