GSA and Antoniades Architects have made their mark, permanently, on the amended Woollahra LEP.

Following our successful Planning Proposal for a Double Bay site, the new LEP has been recently gazetted with site specific controls for two heights. The increased heights and FSR for the site are a great win for our valued client, who can now build essential housing.
