In collaboration with Tobias Partners, GSA Planning gained approval for this three storey dwelling. The Hopetoun House presents a dwelling with a mix of contrasting curved and sharp edges, with a mix of concrete and more natural rendered finishes. A mix of trees and landscaped areas, and a swimming pool with stone surrounds, perfectly complement the built form.
