GSA Planning provided planning advice and a Statement of Environmental Effects for the amalgamation of two child care centres, associated alterations and additions and an increase in capacity from 89 to 114 children. The proposal, designed by RFA Architects, included internal and external alterations, a first floor addition, and an increase in car parking spaces from 17 to 22.

Auburn City Council (now Cumberland Council) approved this DA, and GSA provided further planning services to achieve a later approval for signage on the site.
