GSA have been working on this project with Oxanda Educare and Robert Ferguson Architects over the last five years to gain a number of approvals for the site. Initially, we assisted the applicant to achieve an approval for alterations and additions, and change of use from a dwelling house to a childcare centre.

Since the original approval, GSA has assisted in achieving approvals for Section 4.55 Modifications and a DA for new signage at the site.
