GSA Planning assisted in providing planning advice and the necessary planning reports for works to this four storey building containing a child-care centre and tennis club. One of the applications GSA worked on was for changing the use of an existing lower ground storage and void space to a commercial tenancy occupied by a swim school. This would service a number of swimming programs for young children and non-swimmers.
