We are so pleased with the outcome for this prominent site in Double Bay, which recently received approval from the Land and Environment Court for a new five storey commercial development with basement parking.

‘Ruby House’, designed by Lawton Hurley, will offer expansive new office space at the upper levels, with retail activation on the ground floor facing both street frontages. GSA successfully justified departures from the Height and FSR development standards of the LEP, with the approved built form offering a contextual fit for the corner site and within the Bay Street and New South Head Road streetscapes.
