GSA are pleased to announce a Land and Environment Court approval in Randwick.
Designed by OROSI, the approval pertains to alterations and additions to an approved four-storey residential flat building. The development will give rise to positive social, economic and community outcomes by providing high-quality housing, including affordable housing, in a desirable Location/Development Type. Whilst the proposed habitable mansard style roof was above the LEP control, the Court supported GSA’s request for a height variation.
