GSA Planning provided a range of planning reports, and worked collaboratively with Marchese Partner’s to achieve an approval for a new seniors living complex on Newcastle Street, Rose Bay. After ongoing liaison with Council, the proposal for the construction of a four-storey seniors housing development with basement parking was approved. The development comprises 17 independent living units (self-contained dwellings), which all have access to private open space and associated facilities.
Population statistics for both the Woollahra LGA and Rose Bay provided key insights into the need for age based services and associated facilities in the locality. The proposal provides Rose Bay with a highly sought after seniors living facility that, importantly, allows residents to age in place and remain connected to their local community.
