We’re excited to announce that in collaboration with Fortis, MHNDU, RH and the broader project team, we were able to secure development approval for RH’s luxury design and hospitality Gallery at 19-27 Bay Street, Double Bay. This development will mark RH’s first gallery in the Asia-Pacific Region, with Woollahra Council’s Local Planning Panel approving the five storey building which includes a design studio and rooftop restaurant. Council staff and the Panel supported GSA’s Clause 4.6 variation requests to height and FSR for the site, with the built form being designed to align with the desired future character of the Bay Street South precinct.
