GSA Planning prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects to accompany a development application to Camden Council for the construction of a new childcare centre for 149 children, swimming school, health services facility and dance studio in a rapidly growing area.

Through ongoing liaison with the Council, GSA Planning achieved an approval for this DA, and a successive one for signage at the site.
