Pallas House, Double Bay

GSA Planning worked alongside Fortis to achieve an approval for this unique commercial building on the corner of Bay Street and Guilfoyle Avenue.

The built form spans over five to six levels, with leading-edge mixed-use retail and commercial space to contribute to the rejuvenation of the Double Bay Local Centre. The approval has been subject to a number of successful Section 4.55 Modification applications prepared by GSA Planning, to enhance the built form.


Construction works are now well underway, with the exterior facades of the upper levels nearing completion.
