Founded more than 120 years ago, The Light Brigade Hotel is an historic, Art Deco pub in Paddington. GSA Planning has prepared two development applications for alterations and additions to the Light Brigade Hotel.

The first development application consisted of alterations and additions to the ground floor and basement of the hotel and included a recessed smoking area and alterations to the ground floor bar.

The second development application consisted of conversion of the existing second floor amenities area into a champagne bar. The conversion of a portion of the rooftop into a rooftop bar and patron area with seating, was part of the second application. It provides stunning views of Sydney City and Paddington and is a hot spot for sunset drinks.
