This approved seniors housing development will replace a single storey dwelling house of little architectural merit with an architecturally-designed contemporary seniors housing development within a landscaped setting by McCullum Ashvy. The proposal will retain the detached residential character of the streetscape and provide a distinct visual benefit for the public domain.

The five dwellings will assist in meeting the demand for seniors housing accommodation in the locality, consistent with Council and the State Government housing objectives. This will enable residents in Turramurra and the surrounding area to remain in their local community as they transition into seniors accommodation.
